OUR VISION:

Seek Week was born out of a longing to see an awakening in our lives, our churches, and our cities across Orange County.  We celebrate the rich history of the activity of God in Orange County, and we allow it to stir hunger in us to pray, “Do it again with us, Lord!”  We are local church people who long to see homes and churches ablaze a culture of expectant prayer.  When the church is united in prayer, we know there is no limit to what God might do!  To put it simply, we are:

Churches partnering together to prepare the way for awakening in Orange County

We seek to foster a prayer network and prepare the way for awakening through the following three means:

Prayer Pushes - Whether it’s a week of prayer gatherings across Orange County, centralized prayer burns into the night, or strategic prayer surges around the county, we utilize prayer pushes to ignite prayer, set prayer culture, and bring the church together.

Equipping and Resourcing - Here are basic ways we work to see the local church equipped and resourced in catching a culture of prayer:

  • Equipping - Our leadership team partners with local churches to host interactive, Biblically based equippings on prayer.  Whether the equipping is on how to minister to others, how to plant a prayer time, or understanding how to pray with authority for our city, we create greenhouse spaces where people can be taught, see things modeled, and try out what they’re learning.

  • Resourcing - We are working on developing a prayer resource database, ranging from books to best practices in planting a prayer time

Catalyzing Ongoing Prayer - Our goal isn’t an event, but sustained prayer in our homes, our churches, our cities, and our county.  We help people and churches connect to existing prayer and plant and multiply new prayer spaces.

OUR TEAM

  • Seek Week Director

Since he had a life changing encounter with God when he was saved at 17, Mark has had a deep passion for prayer.  Mark and his wife Crystal started and lead Antioch Fullerton, a Spirit-led, church planting church, and also help provide oversight to the LA region network of Antioch churches.

Prior to planting, Mark served in a number of ministry roles, including leading a 24-7 house of prayer at a local church in Texas.  God called them to move to Southern California in 2014 with a vision to help “awaken the giant” of California by giving themselves to seeing a church planting movement and a unified prayer movement.  They’re grateful for the God and local church history they stepped into in moving to California, and are grateful for the many friends and partners across the body of Christ.

Mark and Crystal are family people, and have three passionate kids: Bella (13), Judah (11), and Eden (9).

  • Seek Week Founders

For more than 30 years, Todd and Lisa have poured their lives into building local churches and raising up the next generation of leaders—while raising four amazing kids of their own.

They were part of the founding team at Rock Harbor, where Todd served as Lead Pastor for 15 years. Since then, God has led them into new Kingdom assignments: mentoring younger pastors, launching new communities, and developing networks of leaders committed to renewal in the Church.

Todd now helps lead Alpha USA, equipping pastors to explore Spirit-led, table-based evangelism, and co-leads the Searock Network, a global family of emerging pastors and planters. Lisa serves as a Spiritual Director, passionate about weaving prayer into everyday life and creating spaces of hospitality and care for ministry leaders.

Out of their shared passion for unity, prayer, and young leaders, Todd and Lisa founded Floodways—a movement designed to strengthen pastors and spark expectancy in the collective Church. From this vision, Seek Week was birthed: a county-wide expression of Floodways’ heartbeat, uniting churches across Orange County in a week of expectant prayer for renewal.
